As the Senior Consultant at HFSM Technology, Scott McNeil provides end to end document management consulting focused on the NetDocuments platform. From the earliest planning stages through full deployment, Scott works closely with firms to ensure the right decisions are made both technically and operationally.
Services include implementation planning, platform configuration, data migration from legacy systems such as Worldox, iManage, and traditional file systems, as well as testing, rollout support, and user training. Scott also assists with pre sales guidance and technical evaluation to help organizations determine the best approach for their document management strategy.
With a practical, hands on approach, Scott supports clients throughout the entire lifecycle of their NetDocuments deployment, ensuring a smooth transition and long term success with their document management environment.
Experience
Scott McNeil grew up in Ottawa, Ontario and developed an early interest in computers that led him to pursue a career in technology. He attended the University of Windsor, where he earned a Bachelor of Computer Science before beginning his career in the technology sector.
Scott began his career in legal technology 20 years ago and has since built deep expertise in document management systems and legal IT environments. Over the course of his career, he has successfully delivered hundreds of document management and infrastructure projects for law firms and professional organizations.
Scott has extensive experience implementing and supporting NetDocuments, Worldox and others. And strives to be the best at helping organizations plan, migrate, configure, and optimize their document management environments.
In addition to technical implementation work, Scott provides comprehensive user and administrator training across document management and related legal technology systems.
Through decades of hands on experience, Scott combines technical expertise with a practical understanding of how legal professionals work, allowing him to deliver solutions that are both effective and easy to adopt.
